In this hands-on Class you will learn how to make a wide variety of colorful decorations for Molded Bonbon: with the spray gun, with sponges, brushes and the tape technique. As well as all the tricks to get that beautiful glossy look every time. You will learn also how to formulate your ganaches recipes, not only to have a longer shelf life, but to achieve the texture you want.

In this 4 day Class students will make a variety of Molded Bonbons from start to finish.
